Hello Gorgeous, I'm Towanna

I am a hairstylist and educator who specializes in hair extensions

Thank you for visiting my website.

As a stylist, I have spent the majority of my 19 year career working at some of the most elite salons and spas in New Jersey.

I’ve had amazing opportunities working backstage at New York Fashion Week, as well as having the honor of being featured in a New Jersey Bride magazine.

In October 2020, I opened Towanna Dunn Hair Suite and Educational Center. This unique 125 square feet salon is a perfect place for me to personalize each salon visit to the needs of each individual client as well as allow for a 1-on-1 student experience.

I love helping people dive deep and discover what possibilities lie under the surface and to bring that beauty from the inside out.

I love helping hairstylists expand their knowledge of hair extensions in a way that should have been taught in cosmetology school. After teaching for multiple hair extension companies, I branched into freelance education and in 2018 I launched the Towanna Dunn Hair Extension Training courses for licensed cosmetologists.

My goal is teaching proper application in a way that puts the consideration of the clients natural hair over brand loyalty. My passion for this industry lead me to release The Universal Hair Extension Bible which is an eBook that breaks down hair extension application on six (6) different non braiding hair extension methods that are guaranteed to grow your business.
