Terms Of Services

Redo's:

Excellence is what I strive to offer my guests (highest level of guest satisfaction). If you are experiencing issues with your services, please contact the salon within 7 days of your initial visit.  I am happy to correct the issue within 14 days at no additional charge as long as no alterations have been done between the initial appointment and the 14 day window.  

Cancellation:

Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Should you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% service charge must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. This will be sent in an online invoice and can be paid conveniently online. 

Product Returns:

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept RETAIL EXCHANGES at a full credit within 14 days of your initial purchase. Product must be minimally used or unopened.

Late Arrival

Services for clients running 15 minutes late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.

 

Client Data and Payment Security:

I take the security of clients' credit and debit card information very seriously. All transactions are processed through a secure server, and no credit card information is stored on our premises. In addition, a regular review and update of security protocols occurs to ensure that our clients' information remains protected at all times.The importance of maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' personal information is a top priority. We will not sell or share any personal information provided to us without your explicit consent. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing transactions, booking appointments, and keeping in touch with our clients via email or text. 

Photographs:

By visiting our salon, you consent to having your photograph taken and potentially shared on social media platforms for the purpose of showcasing our work, training and portfolio on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and Google . If you prefer that we do not share a photograph of you on social media, please let us know and we will honor your request. We will not share any photographs that reveal clients' faces without their explicit consent.  It's important to note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it may not always be possible to do so. If you have questions or concerns, please ask.

After Pay Payments:

After Pay is available for services of $1000 to $2000 through your app. Checkout of full services must be done to ensure the client has enough After Pay credit to cover the final service charge.  If a re-installment appointment is scheduled before the end of the payback period, then including that appointment service charge into the After Pay payment is recommended. After Pay has the right to change their polices anytime without notice.  Any refund request is to be resolved through the salon owner and client as per After Pay.
